    Choice of one entree per person

    Marinated Flank Steak: steakhouse marinated flank served with roasted herbed potatoes and chili lime corn.

    Herb Crusted Chicken: herb-crusted chicken breast topped with sherry cream sauce *GF

    Grilled Salmon: a full-bodied, salmon filet; grilled with a whole grain mustard sauce

    *served with roasted potatoes *GF and chef’s vegetable *GF

    VEGETARIAN
    (Not served with sides)
    Ratatouille: spicy ratatouille, tomato sauce, polenta *GF

    Chef Allen's Cheesecake: New York style with a drizzle of raspberry sauce

    OPTIONAL SALAD
    Classic Caesar: creamy dressing tops hearts of romaine and cherry tomatoes, tossed with Parmesan cheese and house-made croutons
